Why I wept when my son built a house for me- Actress Iya Rainbow spills

Nollywood actress, Idowu Philips aka Iya Rainbow has spoken on why she wept when he son built a house for her.

During an Interview with Saturday beats, she said;

I am happy because for someone to be abroad and come home to build a house, he deserves to be praised and appreciated.

I was the one who helped him to purchase the land but he did not tell me what he wanted to do with it. He only told me he wanted to buy land, and I should help him inspect it, which I did and negotiated (the price).

I was also the one he sent the money to, and he started the building gradually. When it was time for the roofing, I was the one he asked to help buy the materials to be used, and I did that.

It was when the house was completed that he said to me, ‘Mummy, you are the one I built this house for. It was so pleasing to me that I wept tears of joy.

When their father died, there was no one who could help me. I was left with all the children. It was taxing but I’m grateful to God because my child built me a house.

I have lost nine children through miscarriages- Actress Sharon Stone

Hollywood star, Sharon Stone has spoken for the first time about suffering nine miscarriages.

The actress disclosed this on a post on the People Instagram page where Dancing With The Stars performer Peta Murgatroyd opened up about losing a pregnancy with her husband Maks Chmerkovskiy.

The revelation came after Peta Murgatroyd, 35, spoke about how she found out she lost her pregnancy while her husband Maks, 42, was away in Ukraine.

Commenting on the page, she wrote;

We, as females don’t have a forum to discuss the profundity of this loss. I lost nine children by miscarriage.

'It is no small thing, physically nor emotionally,'

Yet we are made to feel it is something to bear alone and secretly with some kind of sense of failure. Instead of receiving the much needed compassion and empathy and healing which we so need.

Female health and wellness left to the care of the male ideology has become lax at best, ignorant in fact, and violently oppressive in effort.

Although Sharon is now a mother of three sons through adoptions.

Her post came just before the Supreme Court confirmed its reversal of its 1973 Roe v. Wade decision, the landmark case that, until Friday, established the right to abortion in the United States for over 50 years. The announcement sparked outrage from many in Hollywood and beyond, renewing public discussions surrounding women’s access to healthcare and bodily autonomy.

It's not the first time Sharon Stone is talking about an emotional personal subject.

Last year Stone candidly reflected on her miscarriages and praised the 'global sisterhood' for now speaking out about 'issues of loss and heartache'.

God was clear in the Bible, a fetus is “not a human being “ until born and takes first breathe.

There are several instances in the Old Testament in particular that reveal God commanding the genocide of various people groups. Indeed, God, Himself is responsible for killing babies and children in the Bible.

In case you are still confused by this, I will break it down in biblical terms for you.

The mass killing of Children and women order by God.
A number of cases of mass killings of people, apparently at God’s behest, are recorded in the Old Testament:The Flood (Genesis 6-8)
The cities of the plain, including Sodom and Gomorrah (Genesis 18-19)
The Egyptian firstborn sons during the Passover (Exodus 11-12)
The Canaanites under Moses and Joshua (Numbers 21:2-3; Deuteronomy 20:17; Joshua 6:17, 21)
The Amalekites annihilated by Saul (1 Samuel 15)

So please take your religion and shove it elsewhere.
Keep your religion to yourself, and your religious views should not be used as a yardstick to make laws that affect millions who don’t share the same faith as you.
So take your prolife BS elsewhere and let women make decisions concerning their reproductive health and life.
That I am a Catholic doesn’t mean my faith should be imposed on others or laws made by my church should govern people who disagree with my faith.

Let me end by telling you where God ordered an abortion:

Numbers 5 in verse 22, “May this water that brings a curse enter your body so that your abdomen swells or your womb miscarries.

Nigerian woman who returned to secondary school after child bearing graduates from secondary school (photos)

A Nigerian man and Former weapons instructor at Nigerian Army, Ugowoke Oloto has celebrated his wife Precious Chioma Ugowoke as she graduates from Senior secondary school.

It was recalled years becak that Ugwoke went viral in 2018 after announcing that his wife went back to secondary school after child bearing.

It was reported that she started from JSS3.

Taking to his Facebook page to share photos of his wife in school uniform, he disclosed that his wife has finished her WAEC exams as she intends to study Law in the University.

Sharing her photos, he wrote;

On September 24, 2018, I posted the picture of my wife returning from her new school, St Andrew's Secondary School, Ibagwa-Ani, Nsukka LGA, where she resumed academic pursuit after we had our last child. She resumed in JS3

Encouraged by the overwhelming responses from the public, she braved all odds and burned the midnight oil until today, June 22, 2022 when she wrote her last paper, Government, in the West African Examination Council Senior Certificate Examination.
