A 56yr old man was arrested for raping his Daughter-in-law and also murdering his son.
It was stated that this Incident happened on Saturday at Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh.
On November 25, the woman stated that she was sexually assaulted by her father-in-law when she was alone at home. During this time, the woman's husband and other relatives were attending a wedding function in another city.
According to The Times of India reporte, dThe woman narrated her plight to her husband and mother-in-law on Saturday. The survivor's husband confronted the accused and threatened to approach the police. The father and son started arguing and when it escalated, the younger son of the accused joined it, taking his accused side.
The accused allegedly took his revolver and shot at the survivor's husband. Amit Kumar Anand, SP (city) said that an FIR was registered against the accused 56-year-old man and his younger son under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
