Popular Ghanaian actress, Akuapem Poloo has been sentenced to jail over the n*ked photo she had with her son.
Elizabethblog recalls Akuapem was arrested on April,16,2021 and sentenced to 90 days Imprisonment by the Accra Circuit Court over the publication of "obscene materials and domestic Violence".
According to MyJoyFM, In a ruling on wednesday Morning, December 1,2021 the criminal Division of the court in position by Justice Ruby Aryeetry confirmed the Circuit court decision was not manifestly excessive.
The court also ordered that her son should be given to anyone she trusts in the family to take care of him while his mother will be serving her punishment at the Nsawam Prison in Ghana.
Before she was jailed, she took to her Instagram page to pen down emotional words on her 7-year-old son.
