A Nigerian Trans-gender Identified as Fola Francis has gone viral on social media after he showed his before when he was a man and after photos when he transitioned.

In the video caption, Fola revealed that his parents thought they had a straight son who will become a father and also the head of the house but Unfortunately he is a woman now.
